In 2023 we produced 1,000 bottles of a bright, fruity cider which is aging nicely.
In keeping with traditional ciders the 2023 cider has a feint pectin haze. This is normal and not a sign of any adverse occurence.
This cider can be bought as Dry, Medium or Sweet.
