Website update!

Happy New Year. I have at last managed to find time to update the website. We have been very busy since the Malton Markets last year. We have obtained a premises license that allows us to sell direct from the farm. We have been harvesting the 2024 crop and making the cider as well as getting the 2023 cider into bottles for secondary fermentation.

On the farm we have been planning for and planting another 800 trees as well as planning for and about to dig a new pond.

The plan is to introduce the cider into a few select restaurants and artisan style shops over the coming months. There is no rush as we only have 1,000 bottles of 2023 vintage and we will probably get another 1,000 from the 2024 vintage.
